casual filter
A part or stage in a game that escalates in difficulty in a very short period of time, separating the casuals from the actual gamers.
Not to be confused with a steep/vertical learning curve, as these mean that the game is hard to learn and master from the beginning.
Games with a casual filter will give you a false feeling of confidence as the filter comes after you have learned the basics and started progressing, just to catch you off guard and make your run end, usually having to start from zero again.
Some examples of casual filters in games include the winter in Project Zomboid and your first goblin raid in Dwarf Fortress

Capsule Hotel
A typical Capsule Hotel is composed of two major sections; a public lounge space including bathing, and the other is a private space where the sleeping rooms (capsules) are arranged. The actual sleeping room is a capsule unit made of reinforced plastic and designed in the image of a jet airplane's cockpit. In the capsule unit, all the required amenities are provided; TV, radio, alarm clock, adjustable lighting... almost everything is provided! Every device is within your reach and you can control everything in a sleeping position.
For the numerous business people working hard until after midnight and who miss their train, and for all the people coming to Tokyo on a short business trip, or holiday; young and old, men and women, a wide range of people stay at Capsule hotels in Tokyo.

Deliberate misspelling of "casual", meaning casual gamer. Used by some fans of the extremely challenging PS3/XBOX360/PC game Dark Souls, mocking those who have not yet put in the hours necessary to master it, or those relying on walkthrough guides or Let's Play videos. First used by YouTuber OnlyAfro in his "HE'S BACK" video, originating the popular "Giantdad" PvP character build.

CasualGoth
The average male CasualGoth's wardrobe consists of black band shirts and graphic tees, as well as black and blue jeans. The average female's wardrobe consists of the same, with the occasional poet's cap, skirt, or lacey glove thrown in for a feminine touch. Most CasualGoths have been a part of the Goth subculture for a long time, and have discovered that they don't need dramatic makeup or outfits to be Goth. Makeup is minimal, a little eyeliner there or lipstick here, or they might just paint their nails.
