The partner will then proceed by inserting a McDonald's straw into the woman's rectum and then blowing on the other end of the straw causing the liquids in the woman's rectum to bubble, it was inspired from when X2TP (X2 Tha P) was younger having meal's in restaurants, where he would put different drinks in a cup and mixed them together by blowing with a straw.
