The BEST "Stefan" in the world. Philosopher and historian. Likes breathing. Created the most relevant philosophy of life: "We live in a constant morning". Also, a comedian - does good and bad jokes (but they're always funny somehow), creative and probably reads waaaay to many parodies on youtube. He's smart but his intellect stops at artsy stuff. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
