A locust of a woman. Ghetto trash who adamantly denies that she is ghetto trash, whilst simultaneously placing huge burdens on the people in her life; begs borrows and steals from every boyfriend, relative, or friend to support her irresponsible lifestyle; spends all her food stamp money on Burger King; embezzles hundreds of dollars from her housemates and landlords; is not allowed to open a checking account; blows two months of rent money that was earmarked to go toward rent on her teenager's extracurricular activities; has outstanding debt to every cell phone carrier, and utility company around.

A Boomqueesha goes around starting relationships with unsuspecting men, while she is still legally married to her estranged husband. She has a knack for forcing people to take legal action against her, such as getting restraining orders, and small claims suits. A Boomqueesha owns a dog which she is too lazy to walk.
