They generally seem to enjoy making other peoples lives as difficult as possible and will use any and every opportunity to monkey wrench a situation. For whatever reason these females seem drawn to medical and local government office work where generating a large amount paper counts for more than actual competence.
The bootrix are at it again...the delivery forms got changed a month ago and they never said a word. Now we have to go back and get all of this stuff resigned.
