Polish slang for a boorish, unsophisticated, and vulgar bloke; a rube. Etymologically, it derives from "Bolek", diminutive of "Bolesław", an ancient Polish name meaning "great glory", making it ironic that "bolek" conjures images of a bald meathead wearing Adidas sweatpants.
Bolek: "Kurwaaaaa. Kurwaaaa. Ja pierdoleeee. Kurwaaaaaaa."
Jan: "Wow, what a bolek. He's dumber than he looks and I didn't think that was possible. I wonder if he can handle taking taking my garbage."
