A person who comes from the hood or ghetto environment who is accustomed to that culture but has climbed their way to a new social class. They have a new found idea of culture and class, but because they come from the streets they still have that “hood” upbringing in them. They are classy and well mannered around new people but around people who they are comfortable with they are able to code switch back to their relaxed selves.
