Example; on arm or chest day w’e, you bench 350-400 Lbs. In essence you build yourself up like “Hercules” portrayed in various modern movies but you can't preform like him.. you’re not lift boulders or slaying a treacherous hydra or defeating a massive lion..

Bodybuilding is like Fight Club...I was on a plane the other day, sitting in my seat at the back of the plane. I looked up and saw a guy get on the plane...big guy. I knew he lifted.
