Definition 1.)
The sound made when someone flat-lines at a hospital.

Definition 2.)
The sound made mockingly by others when someone is totally defeated, fails at something, or when a drunk guy passes out.

Example 1.)
Heart Monitor: Beeeeeep
Nurse: Doctor he's flat-lining!

Example 2.)
Jenny: We're through Jason I didn't like you to begin with.
Jason the douche-bag walks away looking crushed.
