The restaurant was run by a bambagioni woman; she always dressed as she pleased and sang parts of the opera to random strangers.

I am not totally sure, but it sounds like it probably is an alcholic drink of some kind that really ghetto people have while listening to rap music - same with isle iced tea - also in the song "weed man".
