Any variation of tight pants that a male may wear, especially prolific amongst the emo style in which the guys wear their pants real tight, but pull them down a little in the back so the ass part looks droopy.

No wonder emo guys are always so sad, they can never seem to afford a hair cut, and always have to wear tight shirts and ball huggers.
