backacne

A fairly common dermatological condition consisting of a rash or an outbreak of acne on ones backside. Not limited to the back, but anywhere that is not considered someone's "front".

Even those who've never suffered from backacne should immediately understand what it is from it's use in context.

Two syllables, and is often mis-heard in advertisements for arthritis nostrums: "...to cure back, knee, hip, and joint pain."

"Hey, could you put some of this Persa-Gel on my back? I've got an outbreak of backacne and I can't reach it."

When we do make the beast with two backaches, our onomatopoeia is less "ooh" and "ahh" than "crack" and "help".

Bakkacne

Back acne so bad, the person carrying it looks like they're from a scene in Jeepers Creepers.

Jersey Player One: "Jeepers that's bad acne on that right."
Jersey Player Two (To 'Skin's, Right): "You might want to wash your gym clothes from match to match, or leastways, every odd game time. It might help cured that ridiculous case you have, of, BAKKACNE."
Skin Player: "*Stunned* *... * *I...I.. I can't...I. uh...I.. uh...can't....uh..*... * I can't help it...ugh...no...I...uh...I will."
