She is the best girl you will ever meet. She is caring and loving towards her friends and family but be warned because she occasionally can get emotional. It's mostly a fad; cartoonists exploiting the recent popularity that anime has gotten in North America in the past decade or so.
It has the thin veneer of anime, but the characters, plots, and dialogue all lack the depth and clever writing of their Japanese cousin, and the stories are all episodic (with one of the exceptions being Avatar perhaps. That Americanime rivals its Japanese counterparts in writing.) In other words, it's a kid's cartoon that is drawn like an anime.
