Any person who favors zip-up hoodies over pullover hoodies.
Guy 1: I'd wear zip-up hoodies over pullovers anyday. They don't mess up my hair.

Guy 2: DUDE WE'VE BEEN SITTING IN THIS DRIVE-THRU FOR 15 MINUTES, WILL YOU PLEASE STOP TALKING ABOUT THOSE FUCKING HOODIES AND TELL THE UNDERPAID LOSER WHO WORKS HERE WHAT KIND OF GREASY MEAL YOU WOULD LIKE? YOU'RE SUCH A FUCKING ZIPSTER.

Slang for an asian hipster. Slanty eyes, thick glasses, fixie bike, messenger bag, sleeve tats, and an interest in the community bike kitchen and/or community garden. Will jock you out about their latest conscious hip-hop/dubstep record. Despite these revolting characteristics they may be able to help you with your bio homework.
I was over at the bike kitchen and all these zipsters rolled up on their fixie bikes.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.
