Yellow vest

An uprising movement started in France in mid-November of 2018 with the goal of repealing Macron's last bullshit tax in the name of climate change, which he finally did. But it's just the beginning. People are fed up with the outrageos cost of living and the EU crap. Some compared this riot with the French Revolution and the 1968

Yellow vest

A newer derogatory term used for those stuck in low-end service roles due to socioeconomic status. These are people who are either trying to be more upwardly mobile socially or are stuck in this kind of abusive service work, where the pay is minimal and working conditions are awful. These roles can be semi drivers, warehouse workers, anyone at Amazon Fulfillment, and other transportation workers. These roles are deemed essential to the economy but are targeted to be replaced by AI and other mechanization and process controls currently in place.
All workers clocking into the Amazon warehouse are Yellow vest workers. They are wearing reflective vests and are all going to be subjected to much work at low wages during their shifts.

Yellow-vested fuck

Any service workers deemed excessive, unnecessary, or generally unhelpful. Usually stands out by the bright yellow vests they wear, sometimes adorned with reflective lining
The parking situation at SeaWorld sucks. Just a bunch of yellow-vested fucks standing around not being particularly helpful in directing traffic

God Shot

A chance happening with profound meaning, an unexpected blessing, a "sign".
Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab said "All of a sudden what had been just another Hollywood proposal became for him an unexpected blessing, an opportunity for growth. In drug recovery language, that's called a "God shot."

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.
