It's an acronym for Yoga, Qigong, Meditation, Breathwork, - YQMB

I made it up when I needed a short hand for quickly referring to ANY restorative exercises which are scientifically proven to aid mental health in some way.
I guess it could evolve to become Yaqumba practice/dsicpline.

It's like triathlon (cycling, swimming, running, disciple) or decathlon (10 different sports) but for rejuvinating soft alternative type practices.

Oh I can't come to that because I will be finishing my YQMB 'wyechee-embee' so that I can face the day as well as all the capitalist toxicity that I will be bombarded by through all inputs and outputs of unethical capitalism.

... ... ... So yeah, sorry wyechee-embee is a definite non-negotiable, your (insert unethical and immoral activity of your choice here, e.g. tiktok/pornhub/food binge) can weight. I'll be busy with unself indulgent genuine self care, so that I can better present to the world and inspire others in my do-gooder endeavors.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Ratfucker

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.

Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
