You went to a club and saw the most hot looking girl all decked up in designer clothes and can't resist talking to her. Now, At this point you got to be vocal, It's her persona that are encouraging you to go and let her know that YQM.

It's an acronym for Yoga, Qigong, Meditation, Breathwork, - YQMB
I made it up when I needed a short hand for quickly referring to ANY restorative exercises which are scientifically proven to aid mental health in some way.
I guess it could evolve to become Yaqumba practice/dsicpline.
It's like triathlon (cycling, swimming, running, disciple) or decathlon (10 different sports) but for rejuvinating soft alternative type practices.
