It's an acronym for Yoga, Qigong, Meditation, Breathwork, - YQMB
I made it up when I needed a short hand for quickly referring to ANY restorative exercises which are scientifically proven to aid mental health in some way.
I guess it could evolve to become Yaqumba practice/dsicpline.
It's like triathlon (cycling, swimming, running, disciple) or decathlon (10 different sports) but for rejuvinating soft alternative type practices.
