Worklejerk 

The exercise by which coworkers will round up after work and ceremoniously vent their frustrations after the end of a shift. Pairs very well with alcohol or friends not scared of a resting bitch-face.

workle jerk 

The pointless, forced, unpaid work social function that takes place outside of standard work hours. While this activity may be billed as a "team building" experience, it's true purpose is to stroke the ego of the most senior executive present, and the entire HR staff.

Jen: "Hey Dan, are going to your after work inter-office softball game?"

Dan: "It's mandatory. I hate these workle jerks."
