When someone in a conversation only sticks to one topic or only talks about what they want. The subject of discussion could change but the person refuses to talk about it.
Person 1: "I was at the work today and....."
Wheelnerd: "SO I WAS ON R/CARS"
Person 1: "Thanks I wasen't talking or anything"
Person 2" "Yet another Wheelnerdism"
