John Perchiacca takes alittle boy, or Enzo, makes him go on his hands and knees. He then picks the boys legs up, puts his ankles under his arms, and puts his male reproductive organ in the boys anus. They walk around like that until the little boy has to poop on Johns very small organ.

John used the Welington Wheelbarrow on Little Jimmy before he got shot.
