wannamaker 

Someone who consantly hovers or follows and uses your personal property to entertain themselves for the time being (which is usually a long time). You will also find a Wannamaker quoting your words as you talk as a form of mimicking. Wannamakers also creep and will yawn with you and give off a creeper laugh afterwards.

Makes you want to flat out AAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!! Gives you that itching feeling.

Also has the very heavy creeper/hover breathing.

Man, he was being suck a wannamaker and kept following me and touching my stuff.
