Unctuellectual

A portmanteau of "unctuous" and "intellectual", an "unctuellectual" is typically a slimy talking-head who makes a living promoting a political agenda after being elevated to prominence on phony accolades. E.g., marxist university professors and modern art critics.

Noam Chomsky is American's premier communist unctuellectual.

The opposite of an Intellectual; someone who lacks common sense and even basic knowledge of anything.

Chris: Have you seen that new guy, William around?

Steven: No.

Chris: Good, he's a bit untellectual most of the time.
