Turd-Monkey

1) The one monkey in a zoo enclosure or in the wild who prefers to throw feces at monkeys from a rival troop, his perceived enemies, or other individuals that he generally dislikes.

2) A human being who acts like an actual Turd-Monkey in their behavior, or a an ignorant or generally disagreeable individual towards others.

3) A human being who generally lacks intelligence (displayed by song or doing relatively stupid things), or is generally ignorant in their behavior towards others.

1) Look at that crazy monkey throwing poop at people; he's clearly the Turd-Monkey of the group.
