Is the diminutive version of "trap" in spanish, usually use in anime characters.
Also called "trapo". Don't confuse with "rag" wich can be translated in spanish as trapo.
The term popularized especially in Mexico because of the famous parody video titled "CON PITO ES MÁS RICO - PARODIA"

The president is trying to negotiate a deal with Iran to prevent them from getting nuclear weapons, but the letter from the 47 traitors makes America look weak, putting any deal in jeopardy.

A combination of the words trap and aptos which refers to the criminal underworld of Aptos CA. These criminals are responsible for the drug trade at Aptos high and Cabrillo College. Despite the fact that Aptos (Seacliff, Seacape, Corralitos, Rio del Mar, La Selva) has a low crime rate. A large amount of drugs sales and crime occur.
