Corruption of "tosser" and "shit", denoting somebody who fulfils the twin abilities of being both a "tosser" (English expression with same meaning as "wanker") and functionally useless (IE "shit").

Has the unique distinction of possibly being the only offensive insult to feature three consecutive s's.

I hate him - he's a real stupid fucking tossshit isn't he?
