Tory Giver

A person who gives something to another and then takes it back or expects an equivalent in return. Or a person who makes an agreement and, after it takes effect, welches on his/her responsibilities or demands to renegotiate.

Jack: Elon Musk signed a contract to buy Twitter for $54.20 per share. But then the market tanked and Twitter stock fell to the mid-30s, so he's making a big public feud to get the price down.
