The act of placing one's penis flat across an object.Similar to the act of planking but using you're penis instead.

Jimmy has his dick laying on the side mirror of that car....NO...he is "Toothpicking" it.

A picnic comprised of foods you can eat using toothpicks. e.g Olives, Cheese cubes, cabanossi, etc etc
