Tight eyed

A term more used in the dirty south. Usually happens to your eyes when drinking a lot or smokin weed. Eyes closes up to the the point of almost being closed.

Man you can tell that dude been drinking alot he is tight eyed.

A state of altered consciousness induced by narcotics. Most commonly marijuana.

Michael had a Service Huddle with his friends until he got tightened-up.
