Throbpiece
A Scottish deragatory term for a person for whom one holds contempt. Such an individual will display charisma and intelligence comparable to an aroused male appendage, from where the term is loosely derived. Individuals who are overly officious, incompetent or prone to stupidity may be referred to using this term. Also see throbber
