The Dispensor is a male of vintage years usually 60 plus, who after an ale or six delights in dispensing advice to the younger generation.

Younger Generation - I’ve been making the gains at the gym old friend.
The Dispensor- That’s not how to tense a bicep young stuff, This is the way- Now that’s a bicep. Worthy advice dispensed again.
