The Big Owe

A colloquialism used to refer to Montreal's Olympic Stadium, as it cost city residents over $1,000,000,000 to build it and keep it running. The city finally paid it off about 30 years after it opened.
"Why didn't (insert band here) play in Montreal this tour?"

"Because nobody in their right mind plays at The Big Owe, that's why."
