Rages at video games even though he has never been good at them, man just straight sucks at everything. Most likely lovers with The Dean, they always argue like a married couple. The Batts loves to be in power but cannot enforce anything, nobody can listen to someone so goofy looking. He looks like a sped with some big ass ears.
