Legendary war criminal and most hated man in America. Currently the mayor of Portland, Oregon, where he is so hated by his citizens he's afraid to leave his house (because people keep asking him to stop doing war crimes on them, and he does not want to do that at all).

Lumber heir from old money, hates the poor, loves lying, loves the police, hates the Geneva Convention, and hates you. He can frequently be found having a nice night out on the town enjoying his little wine. If you can find him at all.
