Tarabism or the state of being Tarab is all about constantly worrying about everything and asking anyone's advice about what to do next but not doing any of the advices and mostly not doing anything. Tarab people don't enjoy anything and always keep their expectations as high as possible while achieving none of them.

Mammad the Tarab asked Farbod What the fuck should I do, however as a tarabism follower, he didn't follow any of Farbod's suggestions and asked the same question from Hazrat.
