Tangalog syndrome

A chronic linguistic disorder found mostly among native Luzon folks who proudly feast on pagpag like it’s gourmet meal prep, yet suddenly feel the need to speak in English halfway through a sentence just to sound smart, deep, or “relate-worthy.” Brain cells switch languages mid-thought because Tagalog wasn't dramatic enough, and English wasn't complete.

I think I'm having a tangalog syndrome.
