Stands for "Trans-Exclusionary Homosexual Male".
A subcategory of TERF (Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminist) who are specifically also gay men.
TEHMs believe that transgender men who like men are actually straight females, and often become upset when trans males who like males call themselves homosexuals.
Many TEHMs believe that transexual men want to force cis gay men to have sex with them, and are homophobic. They often attack and verbally abuse transgender men for using the "gay" label.

Isn't it insane that TEHMs push for segregation between different groups of LGBT+ people, and then call themselves victims of homophobia?

Trans-Exclusionary Homosexual Male. A perjorative term coined by tumblr user spill-the-gender-tea to mean gay men who don't want to interact with the vagina of a trans-identified female. A male equivalent of the perjorative term "TERF" or "Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist" that is often thrown at lesbians who don't want to interact with a girldick, (see the "cotton ceiling").

Has been reclaimed by gay male gender critical/ radfem feminist allies who are proud to be homosexual.

Homophobe: Why are ""cis"" gay men obsessed with dick???? Why can't TEHMs accept that some men have vaginas???!?!??!
