A person in a position of power that you suspect exploits that power by e.g., harassing women or subordinates. The opposite of respectable.

I knew Andrew Cuomo harassed women, he's been acting suspectable.

I have to leave my dog with someone because I have to travel for work, Donna offered to dog sit but she's not stapendable so I have to find another option.
