Pronounciation: Sir-pay-shus.

Adj.
Used to describe the ridiculousness, absurdity or dumbassity of a topic, group, or outcome. Frequently used when a person is speaking COMPLETELY out of their spectrum of knowledge.

Once convinced to be Swahilli in origin, it was derived from the events of many evenings of "fradigerous" drinking and recital of the speeches of our Leader, Goerge W. Bush.

1a. In fact correct, but has achieved that truth without proper substance or reasoning.
1b. Is in substance truthful, but that truth is fallacious due to the fact that the finding of the truth was drawn from a facetiously precarious idea.
2. Deceptive, but fatally attractive.
3. No longer useful: Obsolete, but attractive.

An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.

A)
The Crud that collects under the keys in a keyboard. Usually more severe in the keyboards of programmers and webmasters as they tend to spend a lot of time at the the computer and thus eat at their desk. Mainly affecting IBM Model M (clicly) style boards.
