2. Intentionally infers superstitions are stupid.
3. i. Stupor - suspension or great diminution of sensibility; stupefaction.
3. ii. Superstition - Belief that there is an intrinsic link between luck & misfortune and insignificant things.

1. A black cat is supposedly "bad luck". This would be considered an idiotic thing to believe, hence stuporstitious.
