A person that is very stoney as in stoned by Marijuana. Usually in reference to an old head that smokes a lot.

I love sitting in the stoney cats basement listening to stories of the late 60s early 70s.

Stoner Catch

An unexplainable phenomenon. Stoned people seem to be able to call forth ninja reflexes to perform miraculous feats such as moving from being stuck on the couch to saving a bong from teetering off of a table. Many a stoner has been known to be able to snatch a lighter tossed to them from mid-air.

"Dude, we were moving the coffee table and forgot about the huge drink on it that we would have spilled everywhere if she hadn't leapt off the couch and saved it with her stoner catch."
