An annoying person, usually a junior in high school, who asks an admit for a particular college for their stats (extracurriculars, essays, grades, etc.)
Reasoning behind it is that if they copy their profile, they will also get accepted, which is NOT true.
Person 1: I got into MIT and some bum online asked "Congrats! Can I see your ECs and essays?"
