When, after having sixteen Tequila Fannybangers and six pounds of pulled pork with Tapatio hot sauce, you will commence shitting your life out. As fecal matter evacuates your rectum with the fury of all of the Earth's volcanoes combined and your ankles begin sweating profusely, you are "blowing out the starfish".

"Hey Jeff, are you going to go for the Habenero chili?"

"Nah man, I don't want to blow out the starfish today."
