A name for a person or group with aspiring dictatorish goals. Used for any race, but most commonly Russian, German, and Norwegian.

Kadafi went all Stalheim on Libya's ass.

A skandinavian name, more specific from Norway, from the lands of the awesome Vikings. If your a Svalheim you are automatically awesome.

(noun) An acute or chronic condition symptomized by the inability to recall the location of one's stash.
