Spite-Cite

To respond to someone doubting your claim by aggressively researching credible sources until your original point is supported by an absurd amount of evidence. The goal is no longer just to be right. The goal is to make them regret asking.

Unlike "trust me bro," a spite-cite is fueled by peer-reviewed literature, government reports, textbooks, and the burning desire to weaponize JSTOR.
Alex: "That doesn't sound right. Got a source?"

Sam: "You shouldn't have done that."

Three hours later...

Sam: "I found 47 sources, three meta-analyses, a doctoral dissertation, and an archived government report from 1986."

Alex: "...You spite-cited me."

Spitevite

Inviting a person to an event when you absolutely do NOT want them to attend - but you have to invite them for political/social reasons, to avoid drama.
I had to spitevite Tina to my party so Fifi and Lulu wouldn't be upset. They don't want her to feel left out even though Tina is a heinous condescending bitch.

Inviting someone to an event because you know it will enrage someone you dislike.
Apparently my homophobic cousin thinks that she was one of TWO people to attend my virtual wedding, so I added a bunch of spitevites to the in-person party so she can't act like being gay is a social stigma.

A trip to a grocery store, convenience store, or gas station for the sole purpose of buying an excessive amount of junk food and sugary drinks, usually with friends. A chud run often happens late at night and ends with everyone involved hating themselves afterwards.
"Hey bro you tryna go on a chud run with me??"

flophouse

Any house/apartment/frat house/trailer/etc. which is used for individuals to crash (sleep, chill, hang out, lurk, etc.) for a period of time. In order to "crash", one must not actually live there (e.g. have their name on the lease, own said flophouse, etc.). Flophouses are typically used by college students, drug addicts, transients, vagrants, or other unsavory characters.

A flophouse may also be the home owned by the parents of a college student, who after being away at college, wishes to live as if he/she is still at college (e.g. staying out all night, returning just to crash at mom and dad's house, then leaving again), rather than conforming to the pre-college rules.
Example #1
Dude: (Talking to someone passed out face first on the floor of his college apartment) Hey man, who the hell are you? What do you think this is, a flophouse??

Bro: Sorry dude, I must have passed out for a minute.

Example #2
Mom: Where have you BEEN for the last three days? You come home just to sleep?? What do you think this is, a flophouse??!!

Son: What's your problem? I'm an adult now!

Hate Sink

A person you hate intensely not because they deserve such hatred but because they serve as a focus for your general hatred. A healthy way to dispense with excess animosity.
Jake's not really that big an asshole. He just serves as my hate sink.
