Observed in the city of your choice just before Christmas when the streets and open stores are populated by garden variety Hispanics, e.g. illegal Mexicans, Guatelmalans, Dominicans and legal Puerto Ricans (51st-staters); what happens when the Caucasians return to the suburbs on Holiday.

Yeah, we ran out of gift wrap and ran to Target; it was Spic-mas inside there.
