A metaphorical place in your mind where you decide whether you will cut off your friends/acquaintances; hence the name chopping block.

Adam: Have you heard about how fucking lazy Charles is?
Sam: Yeah, he texted me out of the blue asking for a damn math assignment, he’s up on my social chopping block.
