SNORISM 

Single word used to describe the multitudes of ridiculous/ludicrous/idiotic/unfathomable gaffes made constantly by the South African rugby union coach Peter De Villiers (aka Snor)... currently the laughing stock of world rugby, who was an affirmative action appointment rather than one of merit!

Snorks 

A classic 80s cartoon made by Hanna-Barbera, about tiny playful, multi-colored underwater creatures dressed like humans named Snorks (plural for Snork) that use their built-in snorkels to dart about and make music.

It is similar to The Smurfs cartoon but set on underwater. In this cartoon, Snorks have their pet octopuses as well.

Person 1: Have you heard of the Snorks cartoon? I remember watching this as a kid.
Person 2: Yes! I remember this, it's so classic!

Sporus

Sporus was a young, effeminate boy who was castrated and married by the Roman Emperor Nero, who had recently kicked kicked his pregnant wife to death. The reason was likely that he bore resemblance to her.

Sporus ended up out living the Emperor, who was killed by his own guards after being declared an enemy of Rome. He was then married by 2 different usurpers after Nero's death, the last of which wanted to use him in a fatal reenactment of the Rape of Proserpina, Sporus committing suicide to avoid the fate.

Damn, that Sporus kid got it rough, Nero castrated him because he looked like his dead wife.
