Smorgasboredom

The act of opening the fridge, freezer and pantry to do nothing but stare inside with no intention of actually eating.

I get the worst case of smorgasboredom usually when I'm watching Court TV.

When you no longer get a culinary kick out of your traditional lunch sandwiches. Smorgas (smörgås) is Swedish for sandwich.

- Dear colleagues, I am officially smorgasbored, let's go out for lunch the rest of this week!
- Good call, I'm chucking my peanut butter-jelly toast in the bin right now.

Smörgåsbored

A rare phenomenon of most commonly Swedish or Danish children becoming bored after feasting on a large meal or smörgåsbord, if you will.

I always get smörgåsbored in Science after lunch...
