Slopstraint

The ultimate act of digital mercy. It is the maturity and self-discipline to not hit "send" on a massive, unedited AI output. Practicing slopstraint means recognizing that your coworkers don't have a 1M token context window for a brain and shouldn't have to wade through a robotic fever dream to find your point. It is the "human-to-human" empathy of deleting the fluff to save someone else’s sanity.

I had a 2,000-word ChatGPT response ready to go, but I practiced some serious slopstraint and just sent the three bullet points that actually mattered.
