The false impression that tard fam members have in their mind that they are extremely slick with lots of the stuff that they do or say. The problem with this belief is that a tard fam member doesn't realize that they always have the lowest IQ in the room so what they may consider to be "slick" will be not even be close to slick in the eyes of everyone else. They will usually say something "slick" and act like they did something nice and everyone else will stand there and look at them like the idiot that they are.
